These are the terms for working with Coating Sites, run by Frank Orzechowski. They're written to be read. If something isn't clear, email [email protected] before you sign up.

The free preview

A preview costs nothing and doesn't commit you to anything. It's built from your public website, photos and Google reviews. It isn't indexed by search engines, and I take it down if you say no.

Price and payment

• Setup is $990 for my first three contractors and $1,490 after that. The price in your written offer is the one that applies.
• The monthly fee is $149. It covers hosting, security updates, the quote form and its emails, and small text or photo changes.
• I invoice the setup fee on launch day, after the site is live on your domain and you've checked that it works. The monthly fee starts the same day.

Refund

If you're not happy within 30 days of launch, tell me and I'll refund the setup fee in full.

Cancelling

There's no contract. Tell me any month. The site stays up until the end of the month you paid for, and there's no cancellation fee.

What's yours

• Your domain stays registered in your name.
• Your content stays yours: text written for you, your photos, your logo.
• If you cancel, I send you the site files so you can host them anywhere.

What I need from you

Access to your domain settings on launch day, and only photos, logos and text you have the right to use. You approve the site before it goes live.

What I can't promise

I build fast sites with clean search basics, but nobody controls Google's rankings, so I don't promise positions or a number of leads. I aim to keep sites online all the time, and I'll tell you about any outage and fix it as fast as I can.
